How it works in 3 simple steps

Select the event you would like to attend

Browse our online events page to take a look at the live events we’re currently running. Once you’ve found an event that you’re interested in, go ahead and book your free ticket online.

Attend the live supplier showcase event

Once the date of your event has arrived, prepare your ticket and arrive on site to view the artists you’ve been waiting to see. Get involved, make yourself known, have some fun and exchange contact details if necessary.

Hire... or Fire!

Now that you’ve experienced your artists expertise, you can make the all important decision to hire… or fire. Decisions do not have to be made on the night as 90% of the wedding band suppliers will follow-up via email or telephone if you’ve given permission on the night.

Do we have to pay to attend your events?

Absolutely not! All of our showcase events are free for you to attend, with no strings attached.

Will you be running a showcase in my area?

We try to host events in centralised, easy-to-access locations to ensure as many people can attend our showcases. Please get in touch if you would like to find out if we’re going to be running an event near you.

How do I make a booking with your suppliers?

Making a booking is very simple. You can either speak with the suppliers on the night, or you contact them after using their websites, or contact details provided on the night. Over 90% of the suppliers at our events will also follow-up if you’ve given permission on the night.

What types of suppliers do you showcase?

We currently only showcase live bands, and musical entertainment at our live events.
